Richard has over 20yrs Executive level experience in Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TTM). He has delivered the customer growth agenda for some of Australia’s most respected brands (Telstra, Coles, Samsung).

He is passionate about driving growth and creating opportunities from the intersection of technology and customer experience. He brings to GSN experience in successfully delivering transformational change across large people, customers, and financial programs.

Max Lipovetsky
Founder & CTO

As a founder of GSN, Max has driven the innovation and technology growth of the organisation for 20-years. With extensive experience in all aspects of technology development and operations across many areas of customer engagement, Max guides GSN’s continual product innovation.

Prior to his IT career Max worked briefly in media and politics and maintains a strong interest in world affairs and economics. Max views consumer behaviour as an important factor behind long term societal change and through GSN is committed to supporting organisations understand and improve the way they engage with customers.

Mervyn Schultz
Service Delivery Director

Merv has more than 20-years experience in Contact Centre Cloud deployments across APAC and the USA.  He has worked for leading global innovators like Genesys and Five9.  While based in the USA he deployed solutions for brands such as Cesar’s Entertainment, AMD and Bayer.

Merv’s interests outside of work include the adoption of Technology into areas such as Agriculture and Conservation.  He is especially proud of his bees!

Dion Cust

Dion is a senior finance executive with 30-years of experience, across Technology and Media industries.  A Chartered Accountant, Dion has extensive corporate experience in both public and private environments with a focus on growth orientated organisations, including mergers and acquisitions.

David Clarke
Country Manager (New Zealand)

David Clarke is the New Zealand Country Manager for GSN. In this role, David focusses on building trans-Tasman capability for existing customers, as well as building new customer relationships in New Zealand. He is passionate about supporting his clients to provide exceptional award-winning experiences to their customers and team members.
David has over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He has formally held senior leadership positions with AGC Networks, Telstra, Vodafone, Spark (Telecom NZ), Alcatel-Lucent, and Orcon spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Regulatory, Channels and Product Development. David is proud of the products and services he has spearheaded for these companies, as they helped develop new markets, grow the customer relationships and build great teams in sales, customer service, product management and engineering.

Tanya Felton
Sales Director (North)

Tanya has an extensive background in technology and a passion for using data to enable smarter, connected organisations.

She has experience in large and small organisations, including Telstra, DXC and HP. Prior to joining GSN, Tanya worked with Civica to on a range of innovative customer solutions for government, health insurance, community care and libraries.

When she’s not working, Tanya spends time with her family, skiing and riding motorcycles – not necessarily in that order!
